Yes, for your convenience, our full packages include pick-up and drop-off at your home or another location within our service areas. This door-to-door service saves you time and hassle.
Yes, for an additional charge of $40, we can handle booking your ICBC road test for you to make the process smooth and convenient (signed ICBC waiver required). However, we recommend that you book it yourself. You can connect through our website to the ICBC road test booking portal.
You need to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson time to receive a full refund for an individual lesson. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. Please provide us with 2 days’ notice for cancellations by email.
In the case of illness, a doctor’s note must be provided to avoid paying the late fee and to save the missed appointment.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days in most cases. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to complete refunds quickly after approved requests.
